These terms govern purchases of digital products and services in the brandonbase.com shop. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept them. You can save or print them, and your order confirmation email includes a link to this page.

Digital products: PDF guides, templates and other downloadable files, such as “Dosar cu Șină”.

Services: sessions, consultations and other brand services bought in the shop and delivered online or in person.

Each product page shows what is included, the format, the language and, for services, how and when they are delivered.

3. Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in the currency displayed in the shop. For consumers, the final price includes the VAT that applies in the buyer’s country. If you buy as a business with a valid EU VAT number, the reverse charge applies and the invoice is issued without VAT. Buyers outside the EU are charged the price shown; any local taxes in their country are their responsibility.

You will always see the total price before paying. As the products are digital, there are no shipping costs.

4. How to order

The contract can be concluded in Spanish, English or Romanian. We keep a copy of your order, which you can access from your account or request by email.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by secure providers (for example Stripe or PayPal); Brandon Base never sees or stores your card details. We issue an invoice for every purchase.

6. Delivery

Digital products: right after payment you get the download link on the confirmation page and by email. The link may have a limited number of downloads or an expiry date, shown in the email. If anything goes wrong, write to us and we will send it again.

Services: we will contact you within 2 working days to set a date. If we cannot deliver it within a reasonable time, we will refund you.

7. Right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)

If you buy as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw without giving a reason.

Digital products. The period starts on the day of purchase. Because the content is delivered immediately, at checkout we ask you to tick a box to receive it straight away and to confirm that you understand you lose your right of withdrawal once the download starts (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). We confirm this consent in your order email. If you have not downloaded the content yet, you can still withdraw and get a refund.

Services. The period starts on the day of purchase. If you ask for the service to start within those 14 days and then withdraw, you pay for the part already provided. Once the service has been fully performed, you can no longer withdraw.

How to withdraw. Email cosmina@brandonbase.com before the period ends, clearly stating that you want to withdraw. You can use the model form at the end of this page, but you do not have to.

Refund. We refund you within 14 days of receiving your decision, using the same payment method, at no cost to you.

If you buy as a business, there is no right of withdrawal.

8. Guarantee

Digital products and services must match their description in the shop. If a file does not work, is incomplete or is not what was advertised, write to us: we will fix it or send a new one and, if that is not possible, refund you, within the periods and conditions set by law.

9. Using digital products

When you buy a digital product you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it in your own business or project. You may not resell it, share it, upload it to other websites or present it as your own. The texts, designs and templates remain the property of Brandon Base.

10. Liability

Guides and sessions offer information and recommendations based on Brandon Base’s experience. Each business’s results depend on many factors, so we cannot guarantee them.

11. Personal data

We use your data to manage your order, deliver the product or service and issue the invoice. Full details are in our privacy policy.

12. Questions and complaints

Write to cosmina@brandonbase.com and we will reply within 30 days. If we cannot reach an agreement, you can contact the consumer authorities in your country: in Spain, the Consumer Arbitration Board (Junta Arbitral de Consumo); in Romania, ANPC (anpc.ro); in the UK, Citizens Advice.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence.
